The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, but in such a case you will bear the direct costs of returning the ordered item to us. Please pack the returned goods carefully so that they are not damaged (we recommend packing the goods in the same way in which the goods were delivered to you).
